How are you different from a job board or recruiter?
Our commitment goes beyond recruitment. We curate networking events, offer rewards programs, and provide development resources that are tailored to your long-term career needs.

Are you a staffing agency?
While we offer recruiting services to clinics, we do not employ or staff physical therapists ourselves. We're simply a private network that is focused on elevating the career experience for Physical Therapy professionals.

Is this all free?
Yep, it's all free. Our goal is to help you advance your clinical career and elevate the field of physical therapy. Any and all costs associated with your experience is assumed by us, your partners.

How does it work?
Once you fill out a quick community profile, we'll have all the information we need to help you on your career journey. Our team will be in touch.

What markets do you service?
We support physical therapy professionals throughout the entire U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska. Unfortunately, we do not service international markets at this time.

Do you allow new grads to be part of Physio Talent? Absolutely! Whether you're a fresh grad, or an experienced clinician, we're here to help you in your career journey. Just fill out a brief community profile, and we'll be in touch.

Which clinics do you partner with? We partner with a diversity of clinics throughout the U.S. It's all about connecting you with the right ones that will help you meet your professional wants and needs.

How fast can you help me find a job? It really depends on your search criteria. Because we like to focus on quality and not quantity, we rather not spam you with irrelevant jobs that don't match your criteria.

I don't want to be a PT anymore. Do you help Physical Therapists who want to transition out of the industry? We envision a future where clinicians are running towards their profession not away from it. But we are happy to point you in the direction of our friends and partners who specialize in non-clinical opportunities.

Will you help me even if I'm not looking for a job? Yep, we'll help you even when you're not looking for a job. There's other ways to support your career development, whether it's opportunities to network with other clinicians, sponsoring you for a certification, or offering resources that will help you become a better practitioner.
